I think these days people are again divided by the extremes. There are those who work four days a week with barely 3 to 6 hours per day and those (used to be me once) who worked 12 to 14 hours including weekend.
None of these is sustainable, financially, or physically.
It’s hard to find balance, but I think it’s important to work hard while knowing how to prioritize your health.
