A very interesting read! You know back in university, I always had an ick studying these almost "absolute truth" devised by these guys (Paul Krugman is one of them actually). Maybe it's their naive confidence that truly made them think there were only 1 way to fix/explain the world, especially the social economic phenomenon. I find this quite absurd knowing the endless number of combination from all the factors that could lead to a demise of an economy or the uprise of a nation (like what Hajoon Chang did with kicking away the ladder).
